Brandani's borosilicate glass bean jar is ideal for cooking and serving legumes directly on the table. With its flask shape, the Brandani glass bean jar has a maximum capacity of two liters and, once placed with the appropriate flame arrester on the heat source, it resists a maximum temperature of 180°C. The Brandani bean jar has a cork stopper with a hole and channel which helps to keep the internal temperature homogeneous and to let the steam escape and is also equipped with a perforated ladle to check the cooking of the beans from time to time. With the Brandani bean cooker the legumes cook gradually, preserving their organoleptic characteristics.
