Yes. Every Sophie Mariage wedding favor can be customized with the names of the couple, the wedding date, and a short dedication. The customization is hand-painted by our artisan in the workshop.

Yes. Before putting your custom order into production, we will send you a digital draft via email or WhatsApp detailing the text, font, and placement. You confirm it before the artisan begins painting.

Average times are:

• Standard favors (not personalized): 5-7 business days
• Personalized favors: 15-25 business days from sketch confirmation
• Quantities over 100 pieces: 25-35 business days

We recommend ordering at least 2 months in advance of the event date to allow for a safety margin.

No. You can order even just one party favor, both personalized and standard. For orders over 50 pieces, we apply progressive volume discounts — contact us for a dedicated quote.

For non-personalized orders: you can modify or cancel them within 24 hours of confirmation.

For personalized orders: once the design has been approved and production has begun, cancellation is not possible because the item is custom-painted for you. Minor modifications are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we ship throughout Italy with insured express courier. For orders over €99, shipping is free.

Each favor is individually packaged in its Sophie Mariage branded packaging, then protected with biodegradable shock-absorbing material and placed in reinforced boxes. The ceramics travel safely.

In case of transport damage, we will replace the pieces free of charge within 48 hours.

Our wedding favors are made of Italian ceramic and porcelain, shaped and hand-painted in our workshop in Italy. We use non-toxic, food-safe certified glazes, so the pieces can also be used as everyday items after the event.

Standard enamelled pieces are hand washable with mild detergents. We do not recommend dishwashers or microwaves to preserve the gilding and hand-painted decorations over time.

We accept: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Klarna (pay in 3 interest-free installments), bank transfer and Apple Pay / Google Pay.

For standard products, you have 14 days from receipt to return them, in accordance with the right of withdrawal regulations.

Customized products (with names, dates, or dedications) are inherently excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are made to order. For this reason, we always send you a draft to approve before production.
